We offer 7 days no questions asked return service. Returns must be in original, new, resalable condition. Any item returned in used condition or abused in any way, will not be accepted. The customer can return the product within 7 days from the date of the purchase with no questions asked. The customer will pay the return freight.

We offer twelve (12) months warranty on parts from the date of purchase.    This warranty service will not apply:

• If the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations contained in the operating instructions provided with the product.
• If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was originally designed.

The delivery within America continent takes up to 5 working days and 7 working days to most places in Amarica.  Up to 10 working days to Canada.


11.How to install the product?

Our products are packed in boxes and easy to assemble. Richland Group Ltd is not responding for installation. All the products come with an Assembly Instruction in the box. If you cannot find it, please contact us and we will send you one by email.
